Comparison of the effect of two endodontic irrigation protocols on the elimination of bbacteria from root canal system: A prospective, randomized clinical trial
(There was no statiscal differrence.
Irrigation at 1mm from working length was significantly more effective than 5mm.
A side-vented needle-tip design is recommended.
The NaOCl concentration likele played only a minor role.)
